Warranty and Repair

If you have an issue with one of our products then, in the first instance-, please contact us via our Support area to see if we can help.

Should it not be possible to resolve your query because the product is faulty and the product is still within its warranty period, our Support team will issue a Returns Material Authorisation (RMA) to you so that we can both track the progress of your return.

If you send something back without an RMA number, we will not be able to identify it as yours when it comes back to our warehouse and the product will probably get lost. As such, all returns MUST have a valid RMA number.

Instructions for how to return the goods will be issued to you with the RMA number.

The standard warranty period for Cantatis products is 12 months from date of purchase. All exceptions to this are listed below.

Cables and Adapters

All cables and adapters purchased from the Cantatis Shop are supplied with a 3 month warranty.
